Early Life
He joined Uttam Majumdar’s cricket Academy and the coach was impressed with Ishan’s cricket talent. Ishan had to do hard practice in the academy, for focusing on playing cricket . His father could only afford to pay academy fees for one child therefore his elder brother pursued his study and he continued playing cricket. He led his school team for the school World Cup in Aligarh at the age of 7. At the age of 11 he got selected In Under 16 team for Patna school team. Later he went to Ranchi and started playing for Steel Authority of India limited. Ishan used to live on fast food and cold drinks, he didn’t eat well therefore his father shifted in a flat in Ranchi with Ishan’s mother. At the age of 15 he got selected for the Jharkhand team.
Education
He was always eager to play cricket therefore for focusing on his cricket career he didn’t go for higher education. He has done her school education from Delhi public school and College of Commerce, Arts & Science from Patna. He has studied till 12th class. After that he just focused on cricket.
Career Journey
He got a chance to serve for the Indian Cricket team on 14 March, 2021, that year he made his T20 debut against England and won man of the match award for hitting maiden fifty and match winning innings. On 18 July 2021 he got debut cap of One Day International Matches. He played his first ODI match against Sri Lanka. He got Test cricket Cap on 12 July 2023, he played his first test match against West Indies.
He launched his clothing brand in the year 2021 and owner of a company named Ishan Kishan Ventured LLP. In 2022 he was sold out in IPL for more than 15 crore and till that time and the second highest expensive player in IPL history. In December 2022 he became the youngest man to hit a double century in One Day Cricket and he also became the first man in cricket history to convert his first hundred into a double hundred.

Second controversy came in limelight when he was denied to play Duleep Trophy of season 2023, he denied to the selector that he is not available for the matches but the reason was not disclosed.
